About PACE
Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly
The Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) provides seniors with an alternative to nursing facilities and enables them to live in their homes. PACE also supports improving the emotional well-being of participants.
With PACE, a team of healthcare professionals works with each individual to make sure services are coordinated.
PACE programs get to know their participants and design services to meet each person’s unique needs. Learn more about the PACE program by visiting the National PACE Association.
For your convenience, we coordinate your medical appointments, including scheduling, transportation, and post-appointment follow-up and support.
