Mountain View PACE participants must receive all needed health care, including primary care and specialist physician services (other than emergency services), from the Mountain View PACE organization of from an entity authorized by the Mountain View PACE organization. Additionally, in The Commonwealth of Kentucky, if a Mountain View PACE participant is admitted to a nursing facility, the participant may be responsible for a patient pay amount, as determined by the state.
